The loss of another legend, Monkees singer Davy Jones dies in Florida at 66, Davy Jones Dec. 30, 1945 - Feb 28, 2012

Well Davy Jones of Monkees fame has passed on today, and this is a sad day for fans (such as myself) of the old television series. Often at times getting into trouble for either being the cute one on the show or because of his name in general, with him and the rest of the cast, the show was one that once you saw an episode, you couldn't wait for the next one. Plus no show would ever be complete with out at least one song per episode that made the show what it truely was in the end. Davy will be missed.

Things are heating up for a nearby casino, the conclusion

Well things really heated up and when the roit took place at the casino, but now things have simmered down big time: (http://www.fresnobee.com/2012/02/28/2739865/riot-reported-on-chukchansi-property.html). Now we can only wait and fully see what happens between the two factions, and believe me this is something that's going to be affecting the entire valley in the end.

Things are heating up for a nearby casino

Now this isn't something that I would normally even write on, considering that normally I look at it in the paper and I would just flip to the next article (maybe something political), but this I just had to write up since it reminds me of a book that I had read years ago by Wally Lamb. Now I know that the book and what's going on have zero to do with each other, but that's what it reminded me of.

However with this story: (http://www.fresnobee.com/2012/02/27/2738475/rival-chukchansi-group-breaks.html) it's all messed up, after all if a group wins an election, then they're the ones that should be running things, however that didn't happen, and then the ones that did win decided to break into an office and take it over, leading to a stand off that could last for a while.

Then I get a breaking news story that just topped everything off, a riot has taken place (http://www.fresnobee.com/2012/02/28/2739865/riot-reported-on-chukchansi-property.html) which could lead to even things going worse. The riot all happened because those that are supporting those that are in the office, are trying to get them the basic needs of food and water, while you have those that oppose those that did what they did, decided to prevent the ones that are trying to get the food and water to them. As you can see by the photos above, this is one that is going to be seeing things going back and forth for a while. I'll keep you all up to date as to what happens.

The Oscars last night

Well the Super Bowl of the movies happened last night, and believe me even I was surprised by some of the results that happened last night (and I'm still checking them out online since I couldn't see the show last night, though I did catch Billy Crystal on YouTube with what he did last night on the show), and with "The Artist" taking home Best Picture, for one night we went back to an era of silent movies. Now I'm still covering everything, but from what I had seen from Hugo looked to be taking quite a few of the statues home last night. For a full list, just go to http://oscar.go.com/nominees to see everything. However like I said, I will have more on what I think when it comes to the different movies that won and who lost too.

Teacher makes the Ultimate award, US citizenship

Now the one thing that happens to be the best is when someone actually makes the dream, and that dream is that of becoming a full US Citizen, and one teacher actually made it in Sanger near Fresno: (http://www.fresnobee.com/2012/02/24/2734890/students-watch-as-sanger-teacher.html), and I honestly couldn't be more proud of her.

My Facebook friends (and family)

For those of you on Facebook that haven't heard from me in a while, I'm still there, however for this week I'm out of it for a bit consideing that the library computers have been down for moving and upgrades, however I will be back there on Monday when everything comes back up and running. Plus I'm still trying to figure out how I can get just the posts from my friends and family only and not everything else under the sun, which right now is not being too entirely easy right now, I know that it's some where in the settings, but I can't seem to find the blasted bloody thing. Someone might want to point it out to me please, thanks.

Anyway, I just figured that I would let all of my Facebook Friends and Family know what was going on. Plus I also just got a notice from Facebook letting me know that I haven't interacted with any of my friends for a bit there, of course that's also scary on another level that I'm not going to get into right at this point in time.

Talk to you all on Monday :)

Couple of things entertainment wise

First off, there's a young lady that's coming to Fresno for those of you that are interested, she's the young lady that was on America's Got Talent and lost to someone that should've lost to her in the first place. Now I have personally heard this young lady on an episode of the show, and quite honestly there's no physical way for that voice to come from that young lady. And from her recent interview with the Fresno Bee via phone (http://www.fresnobee.com/2012/02/23/2733635/little-jackie-evancho-brings-her.html) "Jackie Evancho, 11, brings her big opera voice to Saroyan Theatre for a Feb. 26 performance with Fresno Grand Opera." She's going to be bringing that amazing voice here to Fresno this coming Sunday. Believe me if I could, I would personally love to see and hear this young lady in person, however I don't have that option at the current time (due to living situation and also monitary as well). However, this is one girl that most performers should actually look up to considering how this girl loves to keep everything down to Earth in a major way, which will help her out in the long run with so many different things that will come up later in life.

Now on another note that also is dealing with music, I was talking with a friend of mine about this yesterday evening, and it deals with an idea that I have for a video that I would love to make and post up to YouTube where I know for a fact that it would seriously go viral in no time at all. However there are four songs in the video that I planned on having in there (two of which I believe that I would have to get permission for either way), and each of them would be used at different points in the video its self. Now instead of having to retype up the entire idea, I figured that I would copy and paste down the one that I e-mailed to my boss concerning the idea (for which I still haven't heard from about it). Now there is a minor problem that you will read about in the message, and I really don't know how I'm going to get by it at all, maybe some of you readers out there have an idea, and if that's the case, then please let me know.

Here's the email that I sent:

"Dear Carol;

I know that you wanted me to write this up and send it to you, only thing is, I've been a bit bogged down, but now have the chance to actually get it all written down.

The idea that I had for the video (and what I would actually be doing during the actual season too), and something that I would like to do for work as well. I was actually planning on becoming a living statue of Liberty, namely getting the make up head piece, shirt, and gloves that would help in making me become a living statue. For which I would actually be using it during the normal season, and then after for the video that I'm about to tell you about here.

The video its self is something that I actually came up with both during the video that I had seen of the one sign dancer that had won that contest and from watching a show called "A Day at the Ritz". Believe me I've thought everything through, however today I did discover that part of the video idea that I happen to have, it got rocked in a way that I'm not happy about in the least.

Now in the video, it would start off in the office with the other dancers coming in saying that they can't compete with the competitions dancer out there, and that you need to call him in (him being me). So you get onto the phone and call, the scene switches to that of the inside of a donut shop where the camera is pointing at a laptop in front of me with a smart cell phone next to it (please note that till about mid way through the video, my face will not be seen at all, it'll all be from the mid neck down only). Your call comes in, and I pick it up, putting the phone in front of my face to block it from the camera. You tell me that I need to come in because the other dancers can't handle the other dancer that's out there; from there I tell you that I'm on my way and hang up.

The scene changes to just out side the center in the parking on, with the camera focused on the corner lights in the distance (it'll be zoomed in at that point), and a car starts to come down the street (the camera will be following the car, and zooming out slowly as it happens to come in), once it arrives it parks and the camera switches to the bottom of the car door as it opens watching as a foot steps out of the car. The shot then switches again to that of the door way leading into the center here, and all that's seen is a chest shot of me as I go into the place.
From there, we do a time lapse and switch to a POV shot of me coming out of the back changing area all made up, the POV catches the looks on all of your faces as I come out of the place, I take my arrow sign, and head out the door.

Now it's at this point, that a screen shot of my MP3 player will be on there featuring the first song that I'm going to be using, of the four (4) songs that I'm going to be using in the video. The song that gets shown is Michael Jackson's "Bad" song, which I will be dancing to.
Now it was at this point, that I was going to have the scene going down the inside of the center, but I got killed at that since it seems that pro companies can be able to shot in this place, but not anyone that happens to be shooting a private film (which actually pisses me off big time). So I'm now at a bit of a loss for how to shot this scene here in the first place, I guess I'll eventually figure it out.

At the end of the song, I was going to have a breaking news story appear in the video, with ABC 30 doing it (at least I hope that I can since I don't know at this point if I'll get the chance at all). The breaking news story will lead into the next scene where it shows part of my head coming out among a crowd of people that heard that I was there in the first place and are not only cheering me on, but also snapping photos and video recording me as well. When I head out onto the island (which will be filmed as well), the scene will then switch to that of me standing out in the center (the camera will be going back and forth once the music starts). The next song that would be getting played at this point would be "Boom Boom Pow" By the Black Eyed Peas. (I've already got this whole shoot in my head as to how it's going to be done in the first place.) Now the last two songs that would be getting played after this are "Can't Touch This" By MC Hammer, and "Edge of Glory" by Lady Gaga, with a fire works blast going off at the end of the last song.

Now there will be people out there on the grass section actually watch the performance, and they will be shot and placed into the video as well (at least when I can get people that would like to take part in the video in the first place). After the singing and dancing is finished, it then cuts to the second to last shot of the video, which will show a line of people going out the door (both of them) and bending around the building waiting to get in. After that it fads out, but then fads back in showing the competition with no one there, with the guy just working a lonely desk. Then the video fades out for good at that point.

Now the places that I was planning on asking (besides Manchester whom I might just get a lawyer and fight on the whole private can't film in the center deal, sorry I just hate it when the big guys can film here, but the little guys can't, so that won't be on you, I've got to deal with that all my own), besides ABC 30 (whom once I came back to work and started becoming a living statue, I was going to be emailing them about something that they should check out, but that will only be after I come back to work), would be Alice 96.7 for the listeners out there in the city who would like to take part in the video. So I figured that when the day comes that the out door filming actually starts, you guys, Alice 96.7, and ABC 30 Action News would all have tents set up out there, giving away different things for everyone to have (food, refreshments, those foam crown things, etc. (other things that Alice and ABC might have)), which they could be waving when the camera comes around to film them.
Personally I really have no idea what you happen to think about all of this, but I'm hoping that you happen to like it, either way it's something that is costing only me and no one else. Plus it would beat the socks off that other guy's video that we had both seen. Also, sorry that this is so long right now. I just seriously hope that I can be able to get the one job that I really happen to love back, that way I can entertain everyone and bring them all in to the place.

Anyway, let me know what you think of it all ok."

Now as you can see the part that I'm having trouble with happen to be going down the inside of Manchester Center, which honestly I believe would've been great, but as I pointed out someone that's doing something private can't do any kind of filming in there, but someone that happens to be with a major company can do it with out any kind of problem at all. To top it all off, I got stone walled by the General Manager of the Center too which didn't help things in the least at all, despite how many times he kept telling me it was private property, I figured that he would've told me that I had to talk to the owner, but no I could only talk to him, and he kept telling me no, period.

However this is the video that I would love to be able to film, however at the current time I don't have the funds or the equipment to be able to do it at all. I was hoping to be working this season, but I didn't make it and got locked out from it. Which for me means that I'll have to try again next season. Now I know that I don't have any permission to use the Liberty Tax icon or anything else, but I also know, that if I was planning on making any money off of it at all, then I would have the problem right there with trying to get permission, however if I'm not making any money off the video (for which I'm not since I'm fully planning on uploading it all up to YouTube), then there's no problem, and personally I had come up with everything that would be done and seen in the video.

Well let me know what all of you readers think of the video idea that I happen to have, also the two songs that I believe that I would have to get permission to use in my video despite not making any money off of it at all, is "Boom Boom Pow" by the Black Eyed Peas, and "Edge of Glory" By Lady Gaga. I believe that the other two songs are too old for it, but I might be wrong on that, so if I happen to be, please let me know.

The idiocy of what happened in Afghanistan

Please note at the start here, that I am fully for our troops and I know that what they're doing over there isn't easy by any means at all. However the one thing that I'm not happy about is what happened over there which only proves that no one is ever thinking in either long terms, or about what another culture that they're among. Just like the pastor over in Florida, he pulled an idiot move by burning the Koran, which of course set off a spark that is still being felt by those in that culture.

Then again any religion is going to have problems with other religions, that's one of the main reasons why with my faith I don't have a religion, I have a relationship, a very major difference that's come in handy like crazy since religion is getting monopolized these days to the point that there is no faith, only a dollar sign ($).

I've currently got a friend that is serving over there right now, and honestly I do wish that he was here right now, but I know that he proudly serves and I would never deny him the chance to do what he loves to do (unlike certain political people that are out there that do support the troops but do what they can to get out of having to actually serve their country), however after what happened with the Koran, I do fear for his life over there, but then I'm going to be doing that either way.

There is one thing that I really don't like, and that's when those over here claim that they happen to be Christens, try to impose their beliefs on other cultures and people, and all the while saying that they're trying to save the persons soul. Only problem is, you can't force anyone to take up a religion, which is what that's doing in the first place. The Lord God created free will in the first place, which means that everyone is granted a choice, and it's a choice that that person would have to live with, and it's not something that we (or anyone) can change by force. Yes on my Facebook page it says that I'm Christan, but I refuse to impose my beliefs on someone else that doesn't want it at all. For every time that there has been any kind of "crusade" (including the one that Bush Jr tried to force out), it has met with total and utter failure period. The only problem, is that in each case that's happened, those that do their so called "crusade" don't learn from the past when it comes to the failure that happens in each case. They don't work, and it's only going to bring more hatred, and those that are apart of the entire thing in the first place, they're the ones that are going to be hurt the most from it.

Now I know that I'm currently sitting in front of a computer writing this out, but at the same time, I really do wish our troops well over there. I just honestly wish that they wouldn't be put into harms way when it comes to what they went through, but their commanding officers think they know best when it comes to what they're doing, but the problem is, they don't think long term, they only think of the current time and never about what it would do in the end to them. Which honestly should always be thought out before something like this actually happens, but they never will, and it's also one of the main reasons why we happen to have all of the problems that we have over there right now. No one bothers to think long term.

Arrogance can be it's own downfall

Today, I was reminded of the arrogance of thinking that something is better than what it really is, and believe me I know this all too well. It's usually known as "Pride before the fall", well in this high tech day and age that can mean a very bad thing when it comes to computers thinking that you happen to have something out there that no one can match, after all even the mightiest of I.T. tech guys can suddenly have a panic when it comes to their systems because a virus had suddenly shown up.
This actually reminds me of something that I heard at a Best Buy once a few years back, when someone had asked a sales person about viruses and Apple computers, and in truth even their computers are subjected to computer viruses despite what they want the public to know. It's namely because the people at Apple are actually over confident that their computers will actually in truth never get harmed, so there are those people out there that create viruses just for the apple computer.

Now for me, and I happen to be a PC user since I can't stand the no mouse button Apples any more, I tend to go after anti-virus programs that happens to be best by word of mouth, not by their commercial value which these days isn't that good any more. That and there is a specific brand of computer that I will never get again (though at the current time I'm actually using the one I'm about to slam here, figure the irony in that). The computer system (either desktop of laptop) that I won't ever get (but currently have no choice to use) is a Dell, though don't get me wrong, Dells back in the day were great computers. However these days when it comes to their computer, they're really not worth it any more. I was telling a friend of mine this morning who was trying to advocate the use of Dells, that they're like the diskettes of old (the smaller ones), they got made in such an abundance that after a while the quality of the disks went so far down that you even walk a couple of steps and the data on the disks became corrupted. Dells are currently the same way, they had been made in such an abundance and they figured that no one could touch them, that they're now the least bought or recommended system ever. Now don't get me wrong on this, it's not a matter of the chips inside the computer, no it's just that the arrogance of a computer company thinking that they can't be touched by anyone else in the market, it's really not worth it in the least any more. For my personally, I'm going to be getting a Sony Vaio when the chance and the time comes for it, plus there's also another thing that Dells don't have that I do want in my next laptop, and that's a Blu-Ray player. No Dells at all have them. Also any government location that you happen to go to (local, state or federal), they all have Dells. You walk into a public library, and all their computers are Dells. Yet when you look at the laptops that people happen to have around them, you'll notice that maybe one in ten is a Dell if that any more. they're either HP, Gateway, Acer, Sony, etc. Anything other than a Dell.

Now when it comes to Anti-virus, never go with the Norton programs, those are commercial and are now considered the worst anti-virus programs out there, plus they don't cover everything that you're going to need, but then again you would still need two different programs to keep your computer safe to begin with. For the anti-virus program, the one that I would recommend is Avast (http://www.avast.com/), and they are one of the best and I actually use it too. It runs in the background and makes sure that nothing bad ever gets onto your computer at all. However there is something else that does get onto the computer that an anti-virus program can't touch, they're called spy-bots and they're one of the worst creations ever. They get onto your computer and can create all kinds of hell when it comes to your system. Hell they stopped me from going on line at one point even though the connection was still good. There is a program that's out there that will kill the spy-bot and make sure that your computer stays safe period. The program is called Spy-Bot S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html) and that program will keep your computer up and running period. You put both the Avast and the Spy-Bot S&D programs on their and everything will stay in great shape period.

Now I'm not getting paid by either of these comapnies to advertise anything, actually no the reason why I'm writing this in the first place is because of the trouble that I've had when it came to a virus that my flash drives picked up at the library, it's known as the Recycler Virus, and just deleting it won't get rid of it, you have to run anti-virus in order to get rid of it. And thinking that having a Norton anti-virus program running is going to do anything, well for me it didn't. The Norton system didn't do anything and I had to have a friend wipe the virus out, and since I now know which computers at the local library have the virus, I'm not touching those computers with my flashdrives at all. The boys in the IT department think that the ways that the anti-virus programs are set up that they'll be able to take care of any and all viruses, that's the arrogance that I was talking about right there. Their programs aren't working the way that they should in the first place.

Don't be like the IT boys of Fresno County that think they can cover anything, it doesn't work that way, then again doesn't matter where in the government they happen to be, all of the IT guys for any place happen to think this way from what I've noticed. However you have now two great programs to try out, The avast has a free personal one to download right from their homepage (the full pro one is a pay for one), and the spy-bot s&d is free as well from the site above. Check them out.

The latest in Reading entertainment

Hey all, well I finished with the third book in the Nikki Heat series by Richard Castle from the television series Castle, and I've got to say that the series is getting better and better every time that I happen to pick up and start to read one of the books. This time around, Heat found her self not only getting shot at for getting to close to an answer on her case, but ends up falling from grace and has to work her way back up with the help of her unofficial partner Jameson Rook.

All in all I say that it's a great read and that everyone out there really should pick it up starting with the first book in the series, "Heat Wave" which marked out season 1 of the show.

Now I've got several books that I'm currently reading right now as well, (currently) Blind Man's Bluff by Peter David, the latest in the Star Trek New Frontier series (always a good read there), Tick Tock By James Patterson, the latest in the Michael Bennet series. I'm also going to be reading the latest of the "Women's Murder Club" series "The 11th Hour", and that should be good as well. I'll let you all know how each of them are in turn as I go through them.

Movie wise I've been watching DVD's and so far I've seen Green Lantern, (for which I've already posted something on that), and I'm currently going through Tron Legacy, and it looks like it's getting really good. I've also got Green Hornet in the line up as well, and of course I'll let everyone know how that turns out for me as well. Though when it comes to theater, I'm currently waiting for the new Avengers movie to come out in May, considering that it's going to be a first multi-character team up of several comic characters that so far have only had their own movies and haven't joined up at all. Though Warner should take a hint from how these movies are doing so well and try to work off of that key right there, too bad that they wont any time soon (and they wonder why their movies keep doing so badly and only end up making either Superman or Batman movies, personally I say get a clue there people).

Anyway, I'll let you all know how things are going when it comes to the entertainment that I'm checking out. Till then, have fun people always.

A bit of delays

Dear Readers;

Sorry about the delay in getting the "My World" take on the information that's out there. I've actually been taking care of a few things since I was last here, and believe me it's all been well needed too. However I will be getting back on with everything, and giving you all the review for the last Richard Castle book "Heat Rises", that and a whole lot more. So please be on the look out for everything.

Thanks

The world loses another legand

For all of you that heard, Ms. Houston has past on. Though from only one person that I spoke to today, he said that it was good she was gone, but I don't count him anyway ^_^.

For years the singer was one that not only everyone love, but that everyone would know just by listening to the first few bars of any of her songs. From the 80's to now, and many great hit movies. One of the best that there ever was. Personally I don't like the fact that she's pasted on at 48, it's still too young, but that's just me. In truth I don't have much that I can say about her, but she was still a great singer, and she will be missed by all.

A completely messed up city

Well I really hadn't seen anything on the news (or in the paper) this morning. No I was instead stuck in a line over at the "Welfare" office working on trying to get Food Stamps this morning since having those would actually make saving money a lot easier. Till I faced a huge problem.

That huge problem came in the form of having to come back on Tuesday, now I have no problem with that except for one thing, I happen to be homeless and it would seriously help out if I could've been able to get those today instead of on Tuesday. However certain things couldn't be helped at all. Though I did have feelings of sueing the city because of it, but that would only create more problems that it would actually help, not that I'm that pissed off because I really am, but hey, can't help what you can't help in the least.

Aside from that I'm almost finished with the book "Heat Rises" and it's looking great right now, however I'll still give you all a complete review once I get finished reading it. Right now I'm just looking forward to the next season of the hit show, which would actually be it's fifth season, that is if it actually got renewed at all.

What’s going on in “My World” today? (02/08/12-02/09/12)

(Just to note, this is the one that was supposed to go out yesterday, but I couldn't get it then, so I'm sending it today along with what I'm going to be writing up today as well. Thanks)

Well I know that that seems like an open ended question right off the bat, but I do know that there's quite a bit that is going on in the world these days. From new books that are out (and that I'm currently reviewing right now, i.e. I'm reading one of the books that I'm going to be talking about), to the war on gay rights here in California, to different things (those are the only ones that currently come to mind right now, hehe, sorry ^_^;)

First off, I figured that I would get into this one book that I'm currently reading right now it's by an author that actually happens to be fictional, but is also apart of a television show that happens to be currently in its fourth (4th) season right now. The show is called "Castle", and it airs Mondays at 10.01p and the show stars Nathan Fillion, Stana Katic, Susan Sullivan. To be totally honest this is one show that is great to watch and funny as all get out to.

Now I know that the show is currently in their fourth (4th) seasons right now because of the number of books that have been published under the name of "Richard Castle", since at the end of each season a book comes out that he was working on during the season. Right now I'm currently reading "Heat Rises", and so far the book is great to read (of course doesn't help that I still happen to be at the beginning of the book right now, but I'm a fast reader so when I fully get finished with the book I'll let you all know how it happens to be.

Now I know that there have been several things that have happened here in Fresno as of today alone. An officer involved shooting here (something that no one wants to have happen close to their homes), and even a plane crash that took place within the last couple of days (turns out the person flying it might have stolen it for a joy ride, idiot). Or even the one thing that has been real hard here in Fresno despite what the reports have been saying in the local paper and on the news, and that's that unemployment rate, they say that it's gone down to 8.5, yeah right.

Now the day that I got back to Fresno (02/04/12), there was a long (and I mean HUGE) line at the local ball park known as Chukchansi Park (it's where the AAA baseball team of the Fresno Grizzlies play, at least before they get called up to the Giants baseball team), which basically tells you that the reports of the unemployment rate here in Fresno is not at the 8.3 that they're saying or anywhere around there at all. From what I had found out, it's more like it's around 25-26% or possibly higher than 30%, which in truth doesn't help the city of Fresno (or the county for that matter) at all. Plus from what I had found out, the government had given grants to the city of Fresno to help when it came to jobs, but the money disappeared and now the city of Fresno is under investigation. Hell I could tell you where at all that money went, since it's now preventing the city from getting any more help, it all when to the charity churches that are filled through out Fresno. Now the thing is, since the money went to those places, they don't have to report any money that they get, so the end result is that there's literally a black hole here in Fresno when it comes to any money coming into the city at all. Besides if it's going to the churches, they're not going to be helping out with employment, they're only going to be helping out with food, clothing, and spiritual help and that's it, nothing else. Personally I would've told the churches to go stuff it, and sent the money off to the mom and pop businesses that really need the help, but hey that's just me, and since when does anyone ever listen to me at all.

On another note, the one thing that I know a lot of my friends (at least the gay and lesbian ones) are going to like, Prop 8 has been killed in court, of course that also means that it's going to be heading up the highest court in the country, and that's where a major showdown is going to happen that is going to change the course of the entire country. So basically it means this, if Prop 8 is up held is means that the churches and those that wanted to discriminate will win a huge victory against civil rights, however if it's killed (which I'm hoping that it is), it will mean a major victory for civil rights. Also it will let the churches know one thing that they would rather not know ever, that they have to update themselves or they will end up being completely left behind. However that's on them.

Now the one thing that I was told about entertainment wise now, is dealing with the new Superman that's going to be coming out next year. From what I've seen (and included with this posting), the suit looks great, and it's designed from the New 52 look too, though I'll let you all be the judge of that. Anyway. I'm going to end this one for now. Sorry about the delay

The New Changes

Hey everyone, it's been a little over eight (8) months since I last posted anything to the blog here, and the reason for that is because I had to get away from everything and just think. Boy did I do a lot of thinking, from the book I've been working on, to my two blog story series "Dream World" and "Ninja Chronicles", and creating a new blog for those that would like to keep up with that side "My Political World" which will deal with all things politics from the local, state, and federal levels (for more on that blog just go there (http://politicstodayworld.blogspot.com/)).

However I didn't just do thinking, I also kept up with what was going on in the world around me too, from entertainment (will always be my first love) (different movies and television shows), to video games (both personal (consol and hand held with the 3DS) to computer (massive online gaming)), to different news stories (from the death of Gaddafi ('bout time), to the death of Steve Jobs (now that's a tragedy) to our full and complete pull out of Iraq (again 'bout time)). So yeah I still at least tried to keep up with the world around me, though of course I may have missed a few things along the way, but hey that's what Google (the ones that own all my blogs and this site Blogger) is for in the first place.

Hell I also got caught up on my reading as well, and believe me I've been needing it since being on line, watching movies and different television shows, tends to slow the reading down a bit if you've only got a limited time to read them from  the library. So the different books I got to finish upon (and areas that I honestly never thought that I'd go to either), I finished (some what) the "Wheel of Time" series by Robert Jorden (I hear there's one last book left, and I'm on the 12th one right now), a couple of Superman books, the added book to the Duglas Adams "Hitchhikers" series (I'll get more to it at a later date), the entire Star Wars movie novelization series, and that's just for starters on the fictional side. For the non-fiction I started getting more into politics starting off with Michael Moore's "Dude, Where's My Country?" (Very funny and very eye opening too), to Al Franken's three political books "Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot and Other Observations", "Lies, and the lying liars who tell them", and "The Truth (With Jokes)", to other titles that I'll include on the political blog at a later date.

Suffice it to say, not only did I have a lot to think about, but it gave me time to also catch up on quite a bit too, thank God at times for my A.D.H.D. for helping me multi-task the way that I did. Of course though, I'd much prefer a computer with multiple windows open and music playing and everything moving at my speed and pace. Though I do have to admit, at times just being with nature wasn't that bad, it does help to center ones self when the need comes, and believe me being stuck in a city for a while does go a lot towards needing to not only reset, but to refocus BIG TIME.

So now that I'm back, I've got quite a few things that are going to be done, and not just with this blog either, but also with my two fictional ones as well. With "Dream World", I'll still be continue the adventures of my future that may or may not happen, though I am thinking of possibly doing video journals as well but who really knows. However with "Ninja Chronicles", not only will I be continuing with the multi-world adventure, but I'll also be eventually filming episodes as well. The only difference between the written blog and the videos, the videos will be taking place post the multi-world adventure, and will be bringing in new characters. The videos will be getting placed only on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/); the reason for this is because of the suit that one of the characters wears is the Metroid power suit that Samus Aran wears in the game and in my videos. So since I'm using that suit for one of the characters, I'm going to be putting it up on YouTube for all to see for free. The Stories themselves will in the end tie into the written version as well; it'll start off the same as the written version, but will jump to post the stories right in the first episode. All in all, you'll all see what happens when it all starts to get posted.

Now the one thing that I'm going to be doing for all four (4) of the blogs is something that I had only been partly doing before, before I had only been posting up to Facebook that there were any posts at all, and that had only been for this blog to top it all off. Well considering that I also happen to have a Twitter as well (@timetracker2643), it's time to make better use of it, so when I post something to any of the four (4) blogs (and to YouTube when the time comes), I'll not only post a notice on my Facebook page but I'll also send out a Tweet with a link to the post as well. That way, everyone that is on either account can get a chance to read (or watch when the time comes) what's been posted, and fully stay up to date on everything.
