This past week and weekend

Who would've thought that a costume could make all of the difference, this past week at work I put on a costume that was not only different, but I got a lot of the attention that I was wanting to get in the first place, however the main reason for putting on the costume was so that I could get people to come into the store, the hitch that I had forgotten about till about two minutes after I had gotten out to the sidewalk was that considering it was the middle of the week, people weren't going to be to thrilled about coming in during the middle of the week, which is understandable considering that they're still earning the money that they're planning on spending during the weekend. However what the kicker for me was, that everyone that saw me in the costume actually loved it.

Now the costume that I was dressed up in, was the Green Lantern from the movie, however the costume that I had on, was a bit too big for me, and what people didn't know was that the majority of the time, I actually couldn't move half the time, let alone bend over at all, and not without choking myself half to death. I am currently working on getting the correct costume to me, but I also know that it's going to take time too. However I have noticed how everyone is loving my wearing the costume in the first place. There is one difference between me and the other people out there wearing the costumes, I'm not advertising for a costume shop, I'm advertising for a store that's closing and that sells bedding, carpets, and all kinds of things for your home. So yeah when you seen me out there, you'll see me as the Green Lantern, but it's the sign that you'll take notice of.

So keep an eye out there for me, and be sure to stop by, the mask will be changing for the better, and if you like the costume and eventually the mask, let me know if you want to see them stay, at least till the store closes, it'll be interesting to see Green Lantern standing out there till the store closes.
