Hitting close to (current) home, the idiotic city of Fresno

OK, you've heard of the saying never bite the hand that feeds you, well I honestly think that as far as Fresno is concerned they were absent that day that people were told that, and the reason for this is because of the stupidity that they're currently pulling right now when it comes to everything that they're doing to their own city. After all, one of the main things that they're thinking of doing, and mind you this is going before voters this June is to privatize the different areas of the city that need the workers (i.e. Dept. of Parks and Rec, Trash, and other functions of the city). Now here's the major malfunction when it comes to privatizing things that shouldn't be privatized, one if you think that it's going to cost less money to privatized, you're either an idiot or you're smoking something that you're trying to get other people to get off of. Hate to tell you this Fresno, but it's going to cost tax payers way (and I seriously do mean WAY) more money for a private company to run things, which despite what you think (oh it won't cost the people a dime, yeah right where have I heard that one before), it's going to mean the taxes in the city get raised higher then what they're already at right now, which is something that seriously no one needs. So yeah, going that route is the biggest idiotic move of all time, and it's just as bad as the one idiot down south in Bakersfield is doing when it comes to the high speed rail (http://www.fresnobee.com/2011/03/08/2302037/valley-official-criticizes-rail.html)

Alright, once you've read that article there, you can see how much of an idiotic move that's going to be, but then again I've been noticing that all the Republicans seem to be doing these days is idiotic moves. Now from what I had just looked up when it comes to the word conservative (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/conservative?show=0&t=1299692724):

"2 a : of or relating to a philosophy of conservatism b capitalized : of or constituting a political party professing the principles of conservatism: as (1) : of or constituting a party of the United Kingdom advocating support of established institutions (2) : progressive conservative

3 a : tending or disposed to maintain existing views, conditions, or institutions : traditional
b : marked by moderation or caution <a conservative estimate>
c : marked by or relating to traditional norms of taste, elegance, style, or manners"

These guys are following this to an extreme hilt, now I personally also think that when it comes to this it means that there is a serious lack of wanting to move forward at all, well I hate to tell people this (and I'll even be saying it about the church as well later), but we're constantly moving forward, if we don't we'll stagnate and just end up grinding to a halt. Sorry but we can't do that, heck even the computer industry doesn't do that and that's one cue that we should be getting from them. Now when it comes to the money that he's griping about no doubt we'll end up getting from Florida since they rejected their own plans, plus this would help out on one major thing that's needed from the Bay Area all the way down to San Diego, and that's the job that would be created from this. Now personally I'm starting to wonder if you have a group of rich people that are getting together and trying to kill everything that would create the needed jobs to keep roofs over people's heads, because this serious reeks of that. However I doubt that's what's actually happening because I know for a fact that people would be on that in no time flat, heck it was even written up in a couple of fictional books as well.

Seriously we should be getting on this guys case when it comes to something that would seriously be giving us jobs in this state, however I know that that will never happen, and personally I'm thinking that all of the republicans are doing their best to trash the hell out of not only this state, but also this country now. After all they keep blaming Obama for the problems that have been plaguing this country since the Bush Regime was in office, sorry to tell you guys but even though we elected a historic President to office, he wasn't just going to be able to wave his hands and everything would be cleared up in no time flat, and with all of the fighting that we happen to have in congress, we've got no help there, plus doesn't help out when the TEA Party ended up partly controlling Congress as well (that right there was one of the biggest mistakes of all time). Besides if it's the one thing that Obama's been doing (despite all of the bitching that's been going on like crazy for everything that he's been doing), he's at least doing something instead of just sitting there like an idiot (i.e. the Bush Regime) and not doing anything at all, he's actually getting things done, the only road block that he's constantly got in his way has been the Republicans in Congress that want things their way and don't give a care who they get to trample along the way, even if it means that the regular people like you and me happen to be in the way, even though they say that they're doing all this for us, if that was the case, then you idiots would be working with him, and not fighting him tooth and nail the entire time. However that's all they're doing, they're not coming up with ideas that would be at least either matches or better then what's been though up, and all they're doing is just condemning everything that's being thought up and not coming up with anything that would be of a help to us. Personally we don't need those types of people in office, but then again the ones that we keep putting in there currently aren't helping, because if they won't compromise or come up with an idea of their own, then all they want to become is just xenophobic and try to keep everyone out of our own country. Personally I honestly believe that we need major changes from the local level all the way up to the congress level, and not the TEA Party idiots that have already proven that when it comes their plans, that those won't help this country in the least. No I still honestly believe that we need people that will actually be there for the people and not just saying it have have their own agenda.
